The Staffordshire Plus Improvement Partnership was established to accelerate improvements in the performance of each partner authority, as well as to more coherently address strategic and countywide issues impacting on the quality of life of local citizens.
In addition to the 13 Staffordshire authorities, two Warwickshire Districts, Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Authority also took part in the programme, which made it one of the largest partnerships in the UK to secure funding from the ODPM's Capacity Building programme.
Through a highly competitive tendering process t-three were commissioned to deliver a Leadership and Change Programme for all senior managers across the 13 authorities.
Through the success of the leadership and change programme t-three were later selected to deliver a modular based development programme for 600 middle mangers, which focused on elements such as Performance Management, Managing Change, Personal Resiliency, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Skills. In addition, we created a competency framework for each partner along with embedding activities for Recruitment, Appraisals, Succession Planning and Employee Development.
