Norfolk County Council were looking for a partner to deliver an innovative Leadership Development Programme which would increase the pace of improvement through change and achieve a step change in performance for the Council, which was already performing well.

 

Through forming a close working partnership with Norfolk CC, we have designed and are delivering a highly successful programme which:

• Ensures leaders become aware of ‘what it means’ and ‘what it takes’ to be a leader at NCC.
• Equips leaders with the skills and style of leadership to operate ready for the future challenges.
• Develops NCC Leaders to recognise the importance of inspiring and driving improvement through change, beyond the boundaries of their individual area of authority and responsibility.
• Enhances NCC’s ability to lead and deliver results in collaboration with external partners and agencies.
• Develops a pool of internal coaches.
• Enables leaders to be involved in action planning around real work projects that will make a difference to the people in Norfolk.
• Enables leaders to develop good habits of continuous self directed learning.
