Formed in April 2008, the UK Commission has a challenging and sensitive role at the heart of the UK Government agenda on employment and skills. It needs to be at the forefront of this agenda and be in a position to influence the levers of change across the whole of the UK, including government, business and education.

In order to deliver this agenda the UK Commission needs to have a highly skilled and motivated professional workforce with clear direction and support from inspirational leaders.

t-three are working with The UK Commission to develop a concerted long term leadership and management development pathway. This pathway provides the management team with the skills, knowledge and competences to provide the kind of effective and inspirational leadership the organisation needs in order to deliver its business objectives.
